Welcome to the Fitness Corner!

I'm very excited about Physical Education and Health at MES this year. A new year brings a new schedule, but there are many exciting activities we'll be doing in our three days a week together this year.

Take a look around the site and see what we're doing this year and learn a bit about me, Ms. Forsyth. There's a link on the left where you can e-mail me with questions or ideas.

I will be at MES on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday of each week.
