DSLCC will be offering two FAFSA filing sessions. The first session is Thursday November 3rd from 4-7pm on the DSLCC Clifton Forge campus in McCarthy Hall. The second will be held on the Roackbridge campus in Buena Vista on Thursday November 10 from 4-7pm. If you need help filing your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) please stop by during these times. Counselors will be available to assist you!
October is bullying prevention month. As a parent, we often feel helpless in what we can do to help our children. There are many resources available to you to help speak with your son or daughter. All parents and guardians are invited to participate in the Financial Aid Information Night being held in the BCHS Library and presented by Karen Robertson of the TRIO Talent Search Program and Jami Fussell of the GRASP/SOAR Program. Seniors in their senior English class will be participating in an informational session about Financial Aid. The financial aid window opened October 1, 2016 for next year's academic class. The sessions will be held on Thursday October 6.
