Please detail how you have used your tablet PC during instruction in the last two weeks. Subjects/topics/software/activities/etc... Are you at your desk/podium/moving around classroom/etc.

I a usually desk to stay hard wired into the projector or wireless at my reading table daily. I use my pc for daily poem and sight word recognition, writing demos and shared writing, brain breaks, instructional videos, interactive learning games, and to look up answers and find examples for student questions.

Please detail your use of the stylus and/or touchscreen of your tablet PC in the last two weeks. What subjects, software, activities, etc. Is a touchscreen acceptable, or do you need an active stylus for precision writing?

I use the touch screen and stylus during writing to create stories together. The stylus and touchscreen are useful when explaining direction for math activities. I use the touch screen for interactive games almost daily.

To what new/newer computer would you prefer to upgrade?

How will you use technology differently when we upgrade your computer?

I will need to see what new programs are available before I decide that. I am sure I will find new ways to use it!

What kind of assistance would you like to have from your school instructional technology resource teacher?

I would like instruction and usage ideas for the new pc.
