A maintenance request SharePoint site has been created.  The process is "virtually" the same as the paper process:
  • teachers complete a maintenance request form (now online)
  • principals are notified via email of requests submitted by teachers
  • principals review online requests, and determine who gets the referral (custodian, maintenance director, etc.)
  • work gets done
