| | | The NLVM is a National Science Foundation (NSF) supported project that began in 1999 to develop a library of uniquely interactive, web-based virtual manipulatives or concept tutorials for K-12 mathematics instruction. The NLVM is a resource from which teachers may freely draw to enrich their mathematics classrooms through the use of computer-based manipulatives and interactive learning tools that help students visulize relationships and applications.
