I don't like having so many choices for page sizes when I create a Publisher document. I opened Publisher and selected Blank Page Sizes. At the bottom, I clicked on Filter blank sizes and selected non-metric. Now I don't have as many choices and it's easier to find "Letter portrait, 8.5x11" that I use so often.
