Allison Hicklin (2/12/2014 12:27 PM): The outside door to the cafeteria was found unlocked. The cafeteria manager said a substitute was working that morning and that due to the temperature being below 15 degrees, she left the door open for her and was planning to lock it once she arrived. We discussed having all substitute workers report for work through the front entrance from now on.
