Donna Campagna (6/2/2014 2:00 PM): We have two-way radios to communicate and report in. Teachers on the outside have a checklist and we compare that with the checklist of the person in the office running the drill to account for everyone. Teachers noticed immediately that there was a student and staff member missing and reported it.
