Strengths

Rick Bolling (12/29/2015 10:45 AM): Students in hallway transition organized quickly. One radio was not outside - an area for improvement - but when other teachers recognized the need they reported for that zone leader, which was a strength that was coordinated.

Areas for Improvement

Rick Bolling (12/29/2015 10:45 AM): Some students were talking during the drill. Radio communication needs to be improved when classes are moving from a location other than the usual classroom so that different zone leaders report that those classes/students are not with them. Others reported that they had extra classes in their areas but the others should acknowledge the difference in their usual zone group first.
