MES POS terminal died last week. Two successive replacement terminals haven't worked. Development late this afternoon is that the new terminals don't work with our version of software, so we will upgrade the MES software tomorrow. Will return 'second' BCHS terminal tomorrow. Thanks to BCHS staff for their cooperation.
A spare terminal would have been a help, but we pay for replacement service with our software support, this is the first hardware issue we have had, and a $1,000 terminal sitting around may not be the best use of limited funds.
